CELEBRATING THE HOMEGOING OF ELDER FREDDIE L. WARNER Elder Freddie Lee Warner was born in Longview, Texas on November 11, 1943 to Mr. James and Maggie Warner who preceded him in death. He received Christ at an early age. Freddie moved to Chicago in 1966 where he married his first wife, and to this union one child was born, Miss Kina Warner. On September 30, 1978, he married Ruthie Jordan, who preceded him in death. Freddie was ordained as a minister in 1998 while under the leadership of the late Roosevelt Smith, Jr of Goodway COGIC. He later joined Glorious Temple COGIC and served as Assistant Pastor to the late Elder John Easton. Later, he founded Christ Temple COGIC in 2005 as the pastor until he retired due to health ailments. He rejoined Glorious Temple COGIC under the leadership of Pastor Bertram Gray Sr. Where he was a member until his death.
